Power Amplifiers DC – 300 kHz Bandwidth, Up To 200 Ap Power
The 7224 is a 1 kW power amplifier that provides a small-signal bandwidth of DC to 300 kHz. It is capable of 20 A at 13.5 VDC with a 150 Vpeak voltage or 50 Apeak pulse potential. The 7224 is the ideal solution for reproducing waveforms required in automotive power quality standards like Ford CS-2009 (CI230, CI250, CI260), J1113/2, ISO16750-2, GMW3172, for driving Helmoltz coils as specified in J1113/22, and for aerospace standards like DO-160 and MIL-STD-461, CS101, and CS109. The 7224 will replace Solar Model 6552-1A in most applications.
The 7548 is a 3 kW power amplifier that has a DC to 150 kHz small signal bandwidth. It is capable of 25 A RMS at 117 V RMS and has a 180 Vpeak voltage potential. The 7548 can be combined in a 3-phase system ideal for MIL-STD-704F (AC and 28 VDC tests) and can be combined in series or parallel with other 7548 power amplifiers.
The 7796 is a 5 kW power amplifier that has a DC to 150 kHz small signal bandwidth and is available in standard and HC configurations. HC configurations can produce 98 A continuously into 0.25-ohm loads and feature slew rates of 40V/µS. The 7796, like other 7000 Series amplifiers, can be used as a self-contained, general purpose amplifier or combined into systems for doing 3-phase or high-current testing required in ANSI-T1-315-2001 or MIL-STD-704.
